LBYD was a Founding Member of the Alabama Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The U.S. Green Building Council is the nation’s foremost coalition of leaders from across the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work. LEED Professional Accreditation distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process. LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System.
