LBYD, Inc. has been selected as the recipient of the 2010 American Consulting Engineers Council of Alabama Engineering Excellence Grand Award. This prestigious honor was presented for the firm’s strctural engineering of the recently completed U.S. Space and Rocket Center’s Davidson Center for Space Exploration in Huntsville, Alabama. This state-of-the-art facility serves to preserve and display the Smithsonian Artifact known to the world as the Saturn V Rocket. The Saturn V Rocket display enhances the museum experience for its 500,000 annual visitors. |
