North End-Zone Expansion

Cost: $45 million

The $45 million expansion and renovation includes the addition of an upper deck in the north end zone with a 27,000 square foot building addition. A portion of Stadium Drive was modified to accommodate new traffic and grade patterns as well as reworking the majority of the existing two parking lots immediately north of the stadium. In addition the sanitary sewer, water lines and storm drainage will be relocated to accommodate the expansion.

Cost: $6 million

The 32,000 square foot addition to the existing weight training facility included additions to the east side and on top of the existing facility. The project included site work and utility relocations along with upgrades to the existing storm drainage system.
