Mass grading and drainage project for a multi-use retail development on a 60-acre site.  Approximate earthwork quantity is 650,000 cubic yards.  Tasks include transmission line relocation, challenging erosion control measures, Department of Transportation access permits and storm water retention.  Work includes development of several out parcels.

LBYD is the civil design engineer for over 80 Walgreens drugstores projects located in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.  These projects are approximate 14,000 square foot facilities typically situated on 1.5 acre sites.  These projects often include the demolition of existing facilities in order to develop the site.
