This site required complicated demolition and utility relocation and revisions to the parking and drive system to accommodate the new facilities. Renovations and additions to the Southeast Alabama Regional Medical Center included the addition of a parking deck, Women’s Center, central energy plant and new surgical wing.

This 37,000 square foot facility consists of three stories of medical and professional offices.  The facility houses a variety of services including an 8,800 square foot Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center, Physicians Clinical Suites, a 3,000 square foot Laser Optical Surgery Center, as well as an optical retail shop and restaurant.  The site work included an asphalt parking lot as well as an additional gravel parking lot, an aboveground storm water detention pond, sanitary sewer service and other multiple utility services.
