Oris Manufacturing is a 147,000 square foot manufacturing and assembling facility for automotive components destined for Mercedes-Benz and other vehicles. Design of the plant was coordinated with the existing facilities located in Germany. The plant is designed for future expansion to meet the automotive needs in the United States and other markets abroad.

Cinram was designed for manufacturing and warehousing for video tapes, CD’s and DVD ‘s and required high tolerance floor slabs for high bay rack storage.  The slabs were also designed for heavy forklift traffic.  This 800,000 square foot facility has a 45-foot high, steel framed roof with metal panel walls.
