SoHo Flats complex includes a 4-story municipal building and two 4-story retail/condominium buildings.  All 3 structures are placed on top of a below grade parking structure with a footprint of 150,000 square feet.  The parking deck’s second level (at grade level) serves as the first floor for the municipal building and retail/condominium buildings.  It also consists of additional parking and a landscaped plaza.  The complex has approximately 400 parking spaces, over 70 residential units, several retail shops and houses the municipal building for the City of Homewood .
